Our Story

The Garibaldi Company was formed by Mark A. Garibaldi to provide professional property management services. As owner, Mark brings more than 40 years of experience in the real estate/property management business and at one time was responsible for the management of as many as 17,000 apartments. The Garibaldi Company is an Accredited Management Organization Firm with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and currently manages 6,000 units throughout California and Nevada, plus 100,000 square feet of commercial/retail space.
