The Garibaldi Company currently manages several thousand apartment units throughout California and Nevada, with its corporate office located in Stockton, California.Our website is designed to answer most of your questions. The Garibaldi Company was formed in 1991 by Mark A. Garibaldi to provide professional property management services. As owner, Mark brings more than 23 years of experience in the real estate/ property management business, and at one time was responsible for the management of as many as 17,000 apartments. His vast knowledge and experience in the apartment management industry is an asset to all property owners.


A FEW WORDS ABOUT US

While Vice President of a national property management corporation, Mark was responsible for the opening andm lease-up of over 30,000 apartments across the United States as well as the development of large condominium projects and single family homes in Arizona. Mark has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. He represents the company as our Broker and is an active member of IREM. Already recognized as a leader in the industry, he is very optimistic about the Company's controlled growth and recognizes that the company's success is predicated on strong, professional management personnel. Using those attributes, The Garibaldi Company provides clients with modern, cost effective property management services and versatile easy-to-understand accounting reports. The Garibaldi Company offers a wide range of support and resources to provide full service management for our clients and their assets.
